What's your process?

At our first meeting we discuss your lifestyle, shoe style, and your shoe dreams! We talk materials and design and I will draw a few sketches. A custom foot measure will be taken to adjust the shoe last (shoe form) accordingly. If you are not local, videos will be sent so that you can take precise measurements and tracings and mail them to RJ Selraef. Design will then finalized and agreed upon. For all shoes that are not sneakers, a rough fit model (which is not really a shoe but rather a sizing mechanism) is then created for our second meeting. The entire process can take anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks depending on materials and complexity of design. In some cases when a new last (shoe form) is required it can take even longer, but not always. We require 50% to hold a spot in the queue, final payment is collected once design process begins. Length of time in the queue can vary - you may ask for a timing estimate for your order.

Can you make any type of shoe?

I focus on women's shoes and would love to incorporate your thoughts into design into the process.

What’s your return policy?

We require 50% to hold a spot in the queue, final payment collected once design process begins. If you are unhappy with the final product you may, within 3 days, return the unworn shoes (unscratched and clean on bottoms) for a 20% refund.
